Maria McNiel
Cofounder, Broker
Prior to entering real estate, I worked for my family’s construction and development company.
After becoming a mother in 2015 I transitioned from working with our construction team to running our property management team. Throughout the last 10 years I have been overseeing the daily operations and management of a vast portfolio of real estate properties. Previously I served as councilperson for downtown Utica and currently serve as a Oneida County Legislator for 22nd district.
My success has always come from an extraordinary attention to detail coupled with a level of dedication that is unmatched. I provide my clients expertise and unparalleled knowledge of the markets I works in. I make it a priority to provide unrivaled professionalism – instilling within my clients a level of trust and confidence second to none.

With over a decade of experience in commercial construction, I’ve developed a strong foundation in managing large-scale projects and delivering exceptional results.
For the past eight years, I have specialized in property management, focusing on large commercial properties and ensuring operational excellence for tenants and stakeholders. As a licensed real estate agent for the past two years, I’ve expanded my expertise to provide comprehensive insights into property investments. Beyond my professional roles, I own and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and AirBnB properties, combining strategic planning with hands-on experience to achieve outstanding outcomes.
